In my practice, I use interchangeable terms like "God," "Light Energy," "Universe," and "Higher Self" to create a relatable framework. It's about personal connection, not religious affiliation. I've been a student of life since 2009, exploring alternative and integrative approaches to emotional and physical healing, personal growth, and transformation. By cultivating a sacred connection with Source, I create a safe space for myself and my clients. The mind-body connection and the wisdom of the heart have always fascinated me.
